After the course you will know the basics of electrodynamics as formulated by Maxwell’s equations as well as related vector calculus

derivatives of vector fields and related integral theorems as well as the Dirac delta function
Maxwell’s equations on differential and integral form
stationary electric and magnetic fields in vacuum and matter
electrodynamics: Lorentz force and induction
conservation laws and energy transport
electromagnetic waves
scalar and vector potential
