Finding your Groups

If you are part of a group or have been assigned to a group you will find it under the tab 'Groups' at the far left in the Canvas menu. If you click on 'Groups' you can see all your different groups for different courses, and you can click on any of the groups to go directly to the group page.

 

If you click on 'All groups'  you will be shown a full list of all of your groups and which courses they belong to. It might be a good idea to find your groups this way as teachers have a tendency to choose the same names for groups such as "Group A" throughout different courses.  To keep track of the correct group in the correct course it is easier to go through the list found in 'All groups'.

 

Finding your groups via the course homepage

If you belong to one or more groups in a course these can also be found under the headline "Course Groups" on the right hand menu found on the course homepage. From here you can click on your groups name to access your group page. 

 

Can't find your group?

If you know that you should be in a group but don't have access to the group page you might have to sign yourself up for the group.
