Navigating your Courses

Finding Favourited Courses

To make it easier to find your current courses you can mark them as a favorite. You can then find them in the 'Dashboard' tab in the Canvas menu. Here you can gain quick access to your course and the different parts of it. By clicking on the small icons you can reach Announcements (1), Assignments (2), Discussions (3) and Files (4) if the teacher has made these functions available in the course menu. Please note that these functions can still be available in the modules of the course, even though you cannot see them on the course card. 

Favouriting your courses

From the courses tab in the Canvas menu (1) select 'All courses' (2). 

You will then be shown a list like the one below with all courses and also groups you are a participant in. Here you may press the stars on the left to favourite or un-favourite your courses. Your favorite courses will then automatically appear on your dashboard. 

Find your past enrolled courses 

To find your past enrolled courses, click on Courses (1) in the meny, and go to All courses (2) 

Scroll down a bit, and you will find your past enrolments.
