Record webcam and screen in Google Chrome and Edge
Record with the webcam or screen
Do you use Studio with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge there are two different options to record the webcam or screen.
1. Press Create
2. Studio Capture (Beta) - Capture just the webcam or combined with a in-browser screen recorder.
3. Screencast-o-matic - A third party screen recording tool, with a certain amount of editing possibilities. The guide for using this tool can be found on the next page, or the link below.

Studio Capture:
Studio Capture gives the possibility to record only the webcam. The webcam is on by default.
1. Just hit start recordning and the webcam will be recorded.
1. You can also choose to record with the screen capture.
2. To do this, enable the screen capture.
Once you've chosen screen capture, there are a couple of options on how to use the screen capture feature.
1. Chrome/edge-tabs. This is where you chose a tab that is active in the webbrowser. To record a webpage.
2. Window. In this feature you will choose an app/program on the computer. If you want to record a powerpoint, this is the best one.
3. Fullscreen. Record the entire screen and the window that is active, When you are going to shift between different windows and presentations, this is the best feature.
4. Choose if the sound from the computer should be recorded or not. Then hit Share when you have chosen whats fits you the best.
What is being recorded is marked by a blue square.
1. In order to start the recordning, you need to return to the Studio tab.
1. Start the recording. It will record what you have chosen.
2. Go back to the window, tab or program you want to record.
Remember: When the recording starts the webcam won't be visible, but will be show up in the finished recording. You can choose to not have any webcam under the camera icon.
1. To stop the recording, stop sharing.
1. Name the video.
2. If you, for some reason should be unsatisfied with your results, you can start over.
3. Save media to upload the finished video directly into your studio library.
