Introduction and Overview - Change

In part 1 of the course, we introduced ideas and language to talk about and better understand complex, adaptive systems. In part 2 we will talk about how to create change or address complex or wicked problems.

We argue that traditional approaches to change - often called Change Management - are less relevant in complex situations.
