Catalytic Leadership for Sustainable Change

Home

Welcome to this open course on Catalytic Leadership for Sustainable Change. This is a non-credit program designed for self-study. All materials, including reading materials, pre-recorded lectures, and web-based content, are available at all times. o

The key idea of the course is that sustainability is systemic and that the level of complexity we face is high. Consequently, we argue in the course that we need to address change-making with dynamic models of change and leadership. Developing the competencies for Catalytic Leadership can't be done only by following this course. One also needs exåerimentation and learning-by-doing. What we can do in this course is to present some concepts, theories, and language, and we hope that you find these relevant to you and the sustainability challenges you face. If this course inspires further studies, we have reached one goal. If it offers inspiration for making change, we are humbled and happy.

We publish the course on Canvas - the learning platform we use at Lund University. You navigate the course through Modules. You will always find a button for Modules on the left side menu (and if you do not see the menu, click on the three bars to the left of the course name on the top of the page).
