Traditional models of change management
Organizational change and Change Management have been essential topics in Management for a long time. The number of books and articles dedicated to this field is enormous. It is also a field with a lot of opinions, perspectives, and conflicting points of view. It is also an evolving field. In this short course, we do not have the possibility to explore this field extensively. We can highlight some elements of the traditional models to better see the gap between traditional and new approaches.
