Content

In this course you will gain knowledge of different laser types, the physical principles of lasers and laser techniques. You will able to orient yourself among the different lasers for a given application and understand important concepts within laser science.

The course consists of three modules:

Exam, 4.5 credits
Project, 1 credits
Laboratory Exercises, 2 credits

English B and FYSA31 Physics 3: Modern physics 30 credits or the equivalent.

Assumed prior knowledge: Basic Physics, Mathematics and Optics.
