Instructions for uploading solutions of the home-exam
You should write your solutions by using pen and paper, and then scan the solutions and hand in as ONE pdf-file. Use plain white paper to write on, i.e., avoid squared paper, etc.
The solutions should include correct, adequately motivated, and explained. The answer to each new problem must start at the top of a new page. Red pen or pencil is not allowed. Write full name or id on all paper sheets.
You are allowed to use all your course material and computer software for calculations (e.g. R or Matlab). But as usual, you must in text and formulas motivate your solutions. Of course, you are not allowed to get help from other persons (including internet forums).
You are adviced to use the dummy assignment in Canvas - under the 'Test-page for upload of pdf-files' -module as a test to convince yourself that you can upload several pages as one pdf-file in Canvas. The test-page is open from today until the day BEFORE the exam day. This pdf will not be corrected.
For document scanning of handwritten notes, we recommend an app for smartphones. There are many different apps that may be suitable for document scanning, such as Adobe Scan or Genius Scan. With these apps, you will automatically get all pages in one singular pdf-file.
