Log in to LU Zoom

It is important to log in correctly! Go to https://lu-se.zoom.us/ and you reach the home page of LU Zoom. Click on the button "Sign in", and log in with your LUCAT-id - this applies to both employees and students at Lund University.

Log in to the Zoom Client

If you are using the Zoom client on your computer, it is important that you have logged in correctly. You can verify this by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner. In the drop-down menu, you can see if you have logged in correctly, but also change account if necessary. You do this by logging in anew using your LUCAT-id (see the instructions below).

To verify/change an account:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner. If it says ON-PREM, you have logged in correctly. However, if it says BASIC, then you must change account.

2. To change account, click on "Switch Account".

3. Select the correct login option (Sign In with SSO).

4. At this point, it should say "lu-se.zoom.us".

5. Click on "Continue".

6. Here it should say "LU zoom".

7. Enter your LUCAT-id (username and password).

8. Click on "Login".
