How to handle Q&A
When the audience wants to ask questions, they are directed to use the Q&A function because the chat is turned off for them. The default setting for Q&A is that only hosts and panelists can see the questions. Depending on the number of participants in your webinar, it is appropriate to allocate one to three people who moderate the Q&A. As long as no questions are answered in writing, the audience cannot see other people's questions. If questions like "is this being recorded?" i.e. which may interest several listeners but which are not directly related to the content, these can be answered in writing and thus become visible to everyone.
