How do I prepare my webinar?
We recommend that the webinar is preceded by a "test round" where those who are supposed to be active meet and familiarize themselves with the tool so that everyone feels at home when the time comes for the decisive moment. Feel free to do this a few days in advance, and if the webinar is a combination of people on site in a room and remotely, do the test in the right room so that you test the equipment as intended.
We further recommend that the computer used for the webinar has an internet connection via cable - Eduroam "should" work but from experience we know that a fixed connection is safest.
Restart your computer the day before and make sure the Zoom client is up to date. If unsure, go to Selfservice for Mac/Software Center for PC and reinstall it.
