Meetings with colleagues
Do you need to re-book your planned meetings to digital ones?
In an e-meeting or video conference it is possible for attendees to see and speak to each other if they wish to do so, show a PowerPoint presentation and even collaborate on a text document. The meeting can be recorded by the person who has arranged it, in order for it to be used at a later date.
There are several resources to choose between - Teams, Zoom or Conferences. We recommend that you primarily use Teams for meetings with colleagues and Zoom and Conferences for teaching (please view our sections on moving your Lectures online)
Meetings via Teams
Teams is part of the Office package and can be accessed through the following link: Download the Office365 and Teams app here (Link to an external website). Please note that you need to login with your LUCAT-ID with the suffix "@lu.se"; i.e. abc-def@lu.se
Teams can be used both for e-meeting, chatt and collaboration spaces with your colleagues (words, excel, OneNote etc).
If you have any questions or need support please do not hesitate to contact Service Desk (link to external website).
