Give digital feedback on assignments

Would you like to use Canvas to give your students feedback? 

Canvas has a function connected to Assignment called Speedgrader. It can be used to view the list and the time of students hand-ins as well as possible messages. 

It is easy to give student specific feedback inside the submitted document, by using the marking and commenting tool which appears when you view the assignment in the Speedgrader. You can also choose to give feedback in form of text, uploaded document or verbally by recording a short video. 

Students can see your feedback once you decide to publish it. A message is then shown in the student view that feedback has been given and if the student has not turned of notifications for the course, they will also receive an announcement to their phone or email.
