If you feel a bit insecure about your digital competence or worried about using these tools, please know that you are not alone; not alone in feeling the way you do and not alone in getting through this.

The Canvas Project together with our colleagues around the university have mobilised ourselves in order to support all teachers at Lund University. You are more than welcome to contact us in order to get help and assistance either via the discussion forums on this course or via our virtual support room in Zoom which is staffed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during working days. If you feel uncomfortable taking part in these, you are always welcome to send us an email so that we can call you up.
