FYSM63 - 60 credits
FYSM63 is a Master's degree project that includes work equivalent to 60 ECTS credits.To be admitted to FYSM63, it is required to have knowledge equivalent to English 6/B, a Bachelor's degree in physics and in addition 45 credits of physics at an advanced level including knowledge equivalent to FYSN21 "Quantum physics in research and society", 7.5 credits, FYSN17 "Quantum mechanics", 7.5 credits, and one of the course packages in accordance with the course requirements for a Master of Science in Physics specified in the program syllabus.
The project is normally done at a full-pace during two terms. A half-pace alternative (four terms) is also possible. A combination of the two options is also available, where two first terms are done at half-pace, and the last term - at a full pace.
