***** The text below was written for a season with on-campus presentations and demonstrations (i.e. it is not valid fall-20) ********

Seminar

We will all gather in the Automatic Control Seminar room, where each group will briefly (7 min + 3 min questions) give an overview of the project and its results. Bring slides as pdf or bring your own laptop with HDMI or DVI.

It is a good idea to bring video documentation of your work and show as part of this seminar.

Demonstration

After the oral presentations, we will mingle in the lab (and Robot Lab as well as other locations as dictated by individual project needs) and look at the outcome of all projects.

Practicalities

Make sure that everyone in your group is able to demonstrate your project, so that you can rotate between demonstrating and looking at the demonstrations of other projects.

It is mandatory for all members to participate in the demonstrations. If you should happen to be unavailable, please notify your project advisor as soon as possible and you will be given a supplemental exercise in order to pass the course. We typically invite senior staff from the department to participate in the demonstration session. Try your demo at least one day in advance to ensure everything is in place and working.

Awards

Following the demonstrations, we will gather in the seminar room again to announce which two groups we find have performed the best control engineering and reports/documentation, respectively, and award their members with a small prize.
