Chapters 1-2 + software setup

Hello and welcome to the study circle in Machine Learning based on the book Hands-on Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn, Keras & TensorFlow by Aurélien Géron! 

This first introductory session will be made online. Follow the steps below: 

1. Get ahold of a copy of the book. 
2. Read the info on Course Plan and Setup
3. Check the list of Other Resources on page xv of the Preface of the book. This could help you in finding alternative resources for the session you are responsible for. 
4. Visit https://github.com/ageron/handson-ml2 Links to an external site. which includes supplemental material (code examples, exercises, etc.) for the book, available for download. 
5. Read Chapter 1 and discuss the exercises given at the end of the chapter together with your classmate.  Start a discussion thread and reply to others' on Discussion - Chapter 1 - The Machine Learning Landscape
6. Go through Chapter 2, especially the section Create the Workspace beginning on page 45 to install python and its modules Jupyter, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-Learn. Going through Chapter 2 will make you accustomed with Jupyter and ready for the following chapters. Help your classmates out with any software/installation issues on Software/Installation issues
7. Email me (carolina.bergeling@control.lth.se) your answers to the two following questions:
   1. Drop as many ML-related words as you possibly can, and their explanation.
   2.  How much time did it take for you to complete Session 1?
