Swedish institutions: Ask the user to go to the webpage https://external.canvas.education.lu.se/english.html and create an account. An account administrator or course director will then invite the user to the appropriate Canvas course. After that, the user can log in to Canvas with the login credentials from their regular institution.
Foreign institutions:

First, see if the institution is already tested. If so, proceed with the same instruction as for Swedish institutions above.
If the institution is not in the list, contact digital@education.lu.se with information about the institution's name, country, and domain address (main website). If the institution is approved (meets technical standards), the user can then follow the same steps as for Swedish institutions. If problems arise, it may be due to technical requirements not being met by the user's institution. You may need to contact the institution's IT department. The Unit for Educational Support can provide technical documentation for such a dialogue but cannot handle the contact.
