Assessment
The course is assessed through three compulsory programming project during the course and a written examination at the end of the course. To pass the course (LTH: 3; NF: G), one must pass all three project reports as well as the exam. Higher grades (LTH: 4, 5; NF: VG) are based only on the result of the exam.
There are no authorized aids for the written exam, except for basic pocket calculators (which should not be needed).
You can find a number of representative previous exams here:
Please note that the projects and the written exam are completely different. This is because they examine different things. The exam covers the theoretical part of the course, and the projects cover the practical part. There are thus, e.g., no questions on programming in the written exam, since this has already been examined in the projects.
