Final Projects

The course ends with final projects made in groups by max 5 students (preferably not less).

Below you find a list and description of these projects.

  • Choose a project, find collaborators and sign-up for one of the Canvas project groups named like "Group 3-1: Topic date"
  • PhD students and students of the course section för "ämneslärare" sign up for projects in a separate process.
  • Prepare a presentation, that introduces the topic and its background, describe how you coded the task in Python, show the results and make a little self-reflection on how you experienced coding in a group.
  • Give every group member a chance to demonstrate his/her Python skills
  • Show these parts of the code that are interesting or were discussed as controversial or you find x-tra elegant etc.
  • Reserve for the presentation 20min
  • Listen to all other presentations in your time slot and participate actively in the discussion. Ask also questions.
  • The project has examination character. If the examining teacher cannot get an impression of your programming skills be aware that your group or some members of it have to make a separate presentation at some later time.
  • Re-take exams are in the following January or May as part of the ongoing courses.
  • Upload your code directly before your presentation.
  • The deadline for the project is the start of your presentation slot..
