Info for a late submission
Thesis supervision
Students who have not completed their theses within the given time frame are normally offered one additional meeting with their supervisor. To access this extra supervision, you must submitt your thesis idea or the thesis work done so far, course name and previously assigned supervisor to Maria Hedlund no later than February 22 (spring semester) or October 4 (autumn semester).
Re-registration
Please make sure that you are re-registered on the right thesis course (i.e. the one being given when you are handing in rather than your original one). If you need to re-register, e-mail your name, social security number, and which thesis course you’re taking to our academic advisors:
Date and time for next submission deadline
- A few times a year, normally in March and August, the department provides additional opportunities to hand in theses. Please check the page Writing a thesis for confirmed hand-in dates.
- The submission procedure is identical to the regular submissions, please read these instructions carefully on our page about thesis submission.
- Please note that all students, also those from earlier terms, are invited to submit their theses in conjunction with the regular submission deadlines in January and May respectively.
