The important follow-up work
You have returned home after a – hopefully – very rewarding stay abroad. Now there are a few things you need to think about in order to tie up the loose ends, both for the Erasmus funding and for you personally.
- The document called the Certificate of Attendance should be printed out and signed by your host. Upload it to the application database.
- You will receive a request, by email, to fill in a report after your exchange. This email is sent directly from the EU's “Beneficiary Module” database. Note! The Erasmus standard grant will not be paid to your department until this report has been submitted! The report is not comprehensive.
- Create an expense report in Primula, and attach all receipts for expenses. Ask your division financial officer for help if you are uncertain. Also include any costs for (teaching) materials. After that, you will be reimbursed for the expenses you incurred and you will also receive a daily allowance Links to an external site. (web page in Swedish) for the country you visited, calculated according to the number of days you were there.
- Would you like to follow up your physical exchange with a virtual mobility, and stay in touch with your colleagues via Zoom? Read more about the possibilities for international opportunities at home. For example, you can welcome an incoming international staff or guest.
- Feel free to share your experiences with your colleagues and your department!
- Perhaps you would like to share your experiences by becoming a portrait on the HT Faculties web pages for staff? This is something that is greatly appreciated. Contact the International Office!
