Paper Exercises

The first paper exercise repeats some of the basic concepts used in the course

• Dynamic systems
• Value functions and optimal control
• Graphs and shortest path problems

Paper exercises and solutions can be found in the exercise compendium. This compendium will be updated during the course, so if something looks strange make sure that you have the latest version!

Computer Exercises

This first exercise will be a simple introduction to

• Connecting to the jupyterhub-environment on the lab-computers
• Working in jupyter notebooks
• Working with the programming language julia
