Show real names and download results

If the test was anonymous you must first show students real named before the result can be transferred to Ladok. If the test was not anonymous you can skip that step.

Start by going to Grade (1) and select the test you want to report results for. 

If the test was anonymous, click on Show real names (1) do de-anonymise.

Then click on Show results (1) to access a list of all names, marks and grades. 

If only a handful students took the test you can manually transfer the information from Inspera to Ladok. But with large tests it is easier to first download the information and sort it by last names in Excel.

Download results: Click on Download (1) and choose to download total marks and grades as CSV (2). A file is saved to your computer with all information. Go to the next page to see how to open the CSV-file in Excel and sort by last name.
