Assessment settings

Start by clicking on Assessment settings (1) in the bottom menu bar. Then click on Set grade scale (2) and select the grades to be used when assessing the exam.

 

There is an automatic threshold value that is created from the total points of the exam questions. Change the values for the different grading steps (1). Then press Next (2) to go to the confirmation page where you can activate the exam.

 

NOTE! When grading, it is not possible to assign points per question unless thresholds have been set. And it is not possible to change the settings after the exam has been written. It is therefore important that this is filled in correctly when the exam is created.

If the exam have automatically marked questions, it is not possible to activate the exam until a grade scale and threshold values have been determined. The above error message will appear as a notification if it has not been entered correctly.
