Out of Office and Signature

You can easily set an auto-reply for your Inbox in Canvas. 

Open the canvas mailbox, click on the coggwheel in the top right.

  1. Click on Inbox
  2. Click on the cogwheel at the top right

In the new view, you will find Out of Office (3) at the top and Signature (4) at the bottom:

1. Out of office and 2. Signature

How to set up out of office, step by step.

  1. Change to Response on
  2. Set start date
  3. Set end date
  4. Fill in the subject line
  5. Write a message
  6. Save

The signature you create is saved and appears automatically when you start a new message.

  1. Enable signature
  2. Create your signature
  3. Save
