Follow these steps:

Open "File Explorer" on your computer. In the bar at the top, click View. At the bottom of the next menu, click Show, then select Hidden items in the new menu so that a check mark appears next to it.

Double-click Windows (C:) under This PC.
Double-click Users, then double-click on the user account that is currently logged in to the computer, for example your name.
Double-click AppData
Double-click Local, scroll down to the "Safe Exam Browser" folder and double-click it. Select the three folders (Cache, Logs, Temp) and delete them by clicking the trash can icon.

Go to lund.inspera.com and take the demo test using Safe Exam Browser to check that everything is working properly.

If it still does not work, empty the Recycle Bin, restart your computer, and try again.
