Are your modules published?
If you have used modules as a structure for your course, it will be easier to get an overview on what is published and what is not. You will see this by controlling the green checkboxes to the right of both the module - and the content in the module.
The first module is published (1), therefore it is possible for students to see content within the module that is published. The first page (2) is not published and will not be visible for the students.
The second module is not published (3) and therefore the content will not be visible for students despite the fact that the pages within are published (4).
You can always check what your modules look like for your students by clicking on Home > Student View.
