Introductory meeting

During the introductory meeting we will introduce you to

• the course outline,
• course responsible personnel; teachers, project advisors, and engineers,
• project suggestions, 
• and much more.

We will also provide you with a short introduction to our department in order for you to familiarise with our ongoing activities in research,  education, and external engagement.

The reason why this lecture is placed in study period 1 instead of study period 2 is because we want you to start thinking about what projects you want to work with as soon as possible. Some components might need to be ordered; ergo, ordering them sooner rather than later will reduce the waiting time for the groups.
