Course Format

There will be one lecture and one exercise each week (except of the break in October). The schedule is available in the Syllabus page. Note that the format of lectures, exercises and labs might be updated during the autumn, depending on the development of the Covid-19 situation. 

There are 3 laboratory exercises, where each lab has a mandatory handin.

There is also an exam in January. It will be in the format of a take-home exam, where you will have access to your computer with all tools, and all material in the form of books etc. You are of course not allowed to ask any other persons for help during the exam. After grading the exam there might be an individual oral exam also where you should be able to explain your solutions.

All lectures will be prerecorded and available in Canvas in advance. On the scheduled lecture time I will organize a session where the material is discussed in different formats. You should have watched the lecture to be able to follow and contribute fully.
