If you need to refer to a Swedish report in a manuscript written in English, for example, there are some things to consider to make it easier for your readers. If the report is published by a government agency, there is a good chance that the agency has an official name in English, in which case you can use it.

Refer to the instructions to the reference style or journal you want to publish in, and see if they have any guidelines for works in another language.

Usually, there are three different ways of dealing with references to works in other languages:

If a translation of the title is provided by the author of the work you want to cite, use this translation.
Write the reference as usual and include a transaltion of the title, e.g. in square brackets. This variant is common for APA 7 and Vancouver. Then it can look like this:
- - - APA 7: Brinkmann, S. (2024). Kvalitativa intervjuer: samtalskunskap genom forskningsintervjuer [Qualitative interviews: conversation skills through research interviews]. Studentlitteratur.

Write the reference without translating it and add [In Swedish] or equivalent at the end.
