Survey construction

In order to create a survey, click on Survey > New Survey > New blank survey > and provide a name for the survey and select the type of survey you want to create (Anonymous or Public) > click Finish.

Under Survey > Construction > Content > click on the big plus sign. Then select the type of question and write the question as well as any response options. The most common question types are Single-Choice: Radio Buttons; Matrix: Radio Buttons; and Text: Memo. 

Do not forget to go to Survey > Construction > Settings > and select Make this survey private > Save.
