Notes on pole-placement.

The constant term 9:00 into the video should be LaTeX: \omega^2ω2 and not LaTeX: \omega
ω. Sorry for the typo! You can still follow the reasoning, but equating the constant-term coefficients will result in LaTeX: K/T_i = \omega^2K/Ti=ω2.
