Doing your thesis abroad?
These procedures apply to students who will carry out parts of their degree work or project work abroad.
STEP 1: PLANNING OF PROJECT ABROAD
Via the project plan, the student informs the course leader that he plans to do parts of the course abroad. The project plan clearly informs where the student will go. The student submits the project plan and Cooperation Agreement or Master Student Agreement to the course leader.
STEP 2: APPLY IN SOLEMOVE
The student applies for a traineeship in Solemove. Select Lund University, then select SWAMID and login with your LUCAT. Application is called: “Biomedicine: Internship and Thesis work, spring/autumn 202x” (the specific term you are going abroad) and upload the Cooperation Agreement or Master Student Agreement. Note! Without an agreement, the insurance is not valid.
