Actic for a healthier life

Actic is a leading group of wellness and gym studios with more than 160 facilities and over 210 000 members in Sweden, Norway, Germany and Austria. As early as 1981, our first gym called Nautilus opened in Sweden. Still today, we help people to a healthier life. Our focus is on creating a healthier society by inspiring and engaging all people to better health and increased well-being. We do not live to train but we train to live!

Membership

Our membership includes:

• Gym, swimming and group training.
• 2 hours with PT or instructor – best way to get started.
• Outdoor training via "the Outdoor box" outside Olympen.
